By accessing and/or using this ALTOFORMA website or any ALTOFORMA Offering (such as the Eat Easy app), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The term "ALTOFORMA" means ALTOFORMA LLC and/or its Affiliates.

Personally Identifiable Information:
Since we use third-party services (such as Apple App Store) for managing payments and subscriptions, we do not directly collect or store your credit card or billing details. If you log in or authenticate using "Sign in with Apple," we may receive your Apple ID and the email address associated with it (if you choose to share it) to manage your subscription status and account access.
Technical Information & App Usage:
When a user accesses an ALTOFORMA Offering, we may collect technical information about the user’s device, such as the operating system type, the version of the app, and standard identifiers associated with the device. We may also collect anonymized data regarding user behavior within the application (e.g., number of scans performed) to ensure the proper functioning of app limits and features.
Aggregated, Anonymous Information:
We may collect aggregated, anonymized information via ALTOFORMA Offerings that does not identify any single user or device.
We may use the collected information to uniquely identify you as a user on an ALTOFORMA Offering, to provide you with services, to manage your subscription limits, and to process transactions via our third-party partners.
Subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may use your contact information to send you security alerts or administrative messages relating to ALTOFORMA Offerings. Your contact information will allow us to notify you about new features, enhancements, resolution of ALTOFORMA Offerings problems, and handle your customer support questions and issues.
We at ALTOFORMA take reasonable measures to help protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
We may share customer information with ALTOFORMA Affiliates, and as described below.

As ALTOFORMA continues to grow, we might sell or buy certain subsidiaries and/or business units. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred assets. Also, in the unlikely event that ALTOFORMA or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information would in most cases be one of the transferred assets.

ALTOFORMA Offerings are designed to avoid the collection and use of "personal information" as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") from children under 13 other than for support of internal operations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 13, you may not register for an account or otherwise provide any personal information to us.
ALTOFORMA respects the privacy of parents and children and is committed to complying with COPPA. If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to ALTOFORMA, he or she can contact us via email at info@altoforma.org. We will take steps to promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13.
