Welcome to Eat Easy, operated by ALTOFORMA LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Eat Easy mobile application and our website https://www.altoforma.org (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account using third-party services such as "Sign in with Apple". You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Eat Easy offers Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

3. USAGE LIMITS

The Service may impose limits on the number of food scans or analyses you can perform daily or monthly, based on your current subscription plan. Premium users are subject to a daily limit (e.g., 30 scans per day) to ensure system stability and fair use.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, design, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ALTOFORMA LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ALTOFORMA LLC.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, data scraping, or attempting to bypass usage limits.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall ALTOFORMA LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
